All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: High-volume periods (e.g. new album release) may cause slight delays.

Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [3] days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund. We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
